Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner
(MSN/FNP)

Nursing offers a wide range of opportunities that changes your career. This program prepares the graduate to work as a nurse practitioner in a variety of settings in primary health care to clients, families and communities, perform health histories and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and manage acute and chronic diseases, prescribe medication and treatment, provide patient and family counseling and education regarding lifestyle behaviors

All students take core courses covering theoretical foundations for nursing practice, advanced pathophysiology, advanced practice in pharmacology, nursing research and advanced health assessment.
